Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.

Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a key labelling different areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
